Noun Total Physical Response Session Examples

Starting at 0:36 in this video, the "Language Mama" shows an object or picture while enunciating the noun a couple times each.

This is followed by simple games: a rythmic clapping game (1:51),  then "What's missing? " (2:18) where one item is removed from the small group. The children respond with the word (as best as they can say it). Then "I'm thinking of a word that is not ____ and not ____" (3:00).
Finally, (RECOMMENDED) the children reach into a bag of corresponding objects and take out one object (4:15). Then they get a chance to say  the word with help from Language Mama.
